Hair weft must NEVER be cut or split as this will cause shedding. This 40-day policy is voided by the customer if the hair weft is cut or split for ANY reason. Please be advised that minimal shedding is both normal and expected when dealing with 100% human hair rather it be on you scalp or bundle.

Hair MUST be colored by a Licensed Stylist as over-processing is not the responsibility of SeVen Virgin Hair.
Hair MUST be washed and conditioned every week (we recommend using Tressemes Professional Expert 'Luxurious Moisture Edition' Shampoos, Conditioners and Tressemes Hydrating Mist to replenish moisture).
Customer MUST consult SeVen Virgin Hair for any issues that arise as poor maintenence and improper care products are the leading source for many and most issues relating to human hair.
In the event of an authorized exchange, your SeVen Virgin Hair must be uninstalled by a stylist who is authorized & approved by SeVen Virgin Hair. Thereafter, your hair bundles must be returned (at your expense) and verified as authentic SeVen Virgin Hair prior to actual exchange. SeVen will neither pay nor reimburse for new hair installs.
