HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SEVEN VIRGIN HAIR?

  • 100% virgin remy raw temple hair has a tendency to get dry just like your real hair, for that very reason, your hair can feel dry when you receive it. Therefore...
  • We strongly recommend deep conditioning your hair upon receipt, before installation. For best results, let the hair air dry.
  • It is suggested to use Tresseme Professional Expert shampoos, conditioners and hydrating mist (we advise using the ‘Luxurious Moisture’ version). It is best to use lukewarm water to shampoo & condition your hair, and avoid using hot water.
  • Shampoo & conditioning is recommended at least once a week after installation. It is must that you condition the hair before and after each process of bleaching and coloring (must be done by a licensed stylist to avoid voiding our your FREE 40-Day Quality Promise.
  • We strongly discourage the use of any powder or alcohol based products on raw hair extensions, it is recommended that you use cream based products instead. The powder or alcohol based products can take life away from the raw hair and leave it dry and damaged.
  • The life of any good quality virgin remy hair with proper maintenance is at least 2-5 years. However, it is advisable to reseal your wefts every 2 - 3 months for achieve long-term minimum shedding.

I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 3-7 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 1-3 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
Yes. Please review our 40-Day Promise page. Rules and restrictions apply. Please note, SeVen Virgin Hair reserves the right to refuse all returns in the event misuse or fraud is discovered.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE USA.) DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by SeVen.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
